WHO Printing have been awarded three gold and two bronze medals at the 2019 NSW Printing Industry Creativity Awards (PICA), held on Wednesday 3 July at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park.
The medals were accepted by WHO Printing’s Managing Director, Daniel Ogle, and CEO, Melanie Ogle.
The awards were received across a range of categories including ‘Booklets, Catalogues and Magazines’, ‘Presentation Folders’, ’Annual Reports/Prospectus and Yearbooks’, ‘Book Printing’ and ‘Embellishment’.
The medals are a real testament to the WHO Printing’s proven dedication to exceptional quality and range of services.
This is seen particularly in their printing of books and annual reports, with the company having won medals in this category at both the 2016 and 2017 National Print Awards and the 2018 NSW PICA Awards.
WHO’s Managing Director, Daniel Ogle claimed this win was a another proud achievement to add to the shelf.
“We aim for the highest quality in every job we print, but we have worked particularly hard in our efforts to perfect the printing of books, yearbooks and annual reports as we know these items are used as key marketing tools to win work for our clients when they themselves are competing both nationally and internationally,” Daniel said.
“We are so proud of our team and honoured to receive such fabulous recognition for all of the work they do.”
The Printing Industry Creativity Awards celebrate the best of Print, Design and Visual Communications and the uniqueness that each state has to offer within the printing industry.
Achieving a medal at the awards reflects that the entry is at the top echelon of performance within the state.
As gold medallists, WHO Printing will now progress to the 2019 National Print Awards which are to be held in August for judging on the national stage.
