Humanomics has appointed new General Manager, John Lynch, as of April 2021.
John has over 35 years’ experience in business and started work back in the day at a heavy industrial manufacturing business as an Electrical Engineer.
This experience had an incredible impact on John, as the business experienced multiple fatalities and many serious injuries, which sparked his passion for health, safety and risk management.
John says he looks forward to providing solutions for a wide range of Humanomics’ clients and to build upon their existing brand culture.
“I am looking forward to getting to know and working with the Humanomics team and our customers to showcase our range of products and services to a wider audience within the business community,” he said.
“My focus is to build on the existing culture, enabling Humanomics to become a values-driven organisation where every team member is 100 per cent committed to the wellbeing of our team and our customers.
“To achieve this, we must consistently apply our values of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and ethical behaviour into every aspect of our business. Additionally, we will strive to improve our quality processes by remaining process driven but outcomes focussed.”
Whilst last year was a challenging year for Humanomics, as it was for many businesses, 2021 has started on a brighter note.
‘’We look forward to re-affirming our presence as a leading provider of holistic workplace health services and assessments,” he said.
“My aim is to bring a coaching approach to Humanomics where leaders at all levels can tap into the potential of every team member to enable them to provide innovative and efficient people-centred solutions for our customers.”
Now in its seventeenth year of operation, Humanomics welcomes John while sadly farewelling Founder and Managing Director, Sanjiv Parmar.
Sanjiv built the business to be what it is today, which is a thriving company with over 40 staff in four locations.
“I am confident that I have left the business in capable hands, and I wish John all the best in his new role,” Sanjiv said.
“I can’t wait to see what the future brings for Humanomics.”
