Hunter car broker Auto Advantage has joined forces with Mitsubishi Motors to donate a new car as part of the Children’s Cancer Institute Build for a Cure.
A new home has constructed at Billy’s Lookout at Teralba in Lake Macquarie by local building company McDonald Jones with support from McCloy Communities. The home will be auctioned on 23 October 2016 with proceeds to help the work of the Children’s Cancer Institute.
As part of the fundraising initiative, local car buying broker, Auto Advantage, encouraged Mitsubishi Motors to donate a car. The car will be raffled with the winner drawn on the same day as the home is auctioned.
Auto Advantage General Manager, Simon Duwner, said that when the team at McDonald Jones mentioned the house building project, Auto Advantage moved quickly to work with Mitsubishi Motors to source a car that could be used as part of the fundraising initiative.
“A brand new Mitsubishi Mirage is be raffled by the Children’s Cancer Institute to raise additional funds for its lifesaving work. Auto Advantage is thrilled to be able to work with McDonald Jones and other supporters for such a great cause,’ Simon said.
Only 500 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $50 each and available by contacting Auto Advantage on 4961 5200.
