Financial advisory firm Prosperity Advisers Group has announced the appointment of Melissa Rowe as Chief Operations Officer based in its Newcastle office.

Bringing over seven years of executive-level experience from across both private and public sectors, Melissa assumes her new role following a successful tenure as Director Organisational Services at Lake Macquarie City Council.

A high-performance leader, Melissa brings a wealth of experience overseeing large, multidisciplinary teams with leadership extending to driving innovative strategy formulation, system optimisation, and nurturing organisational culture and capability.

Melissa said she is looking forward to the challenge of further developing Prosperity’s internal operations.

She said her decision to join Prosperity was driven by the opportunity to be a part of the firm’s growth and long-term evolution.
