Osborn Law has recently appointed Yvonne Reynolds as its first Senior Licensed Conveyancer.
Yvonne has over 30 years of experience in the legal profession and has been an integral part of the Osborn Law Property team for over eight years.
In her new role, Yvonne will lead the residential conveyancing team at Osborn Law, which helps in preparing contracts for sale, Leases and Licence Agreements, Option Deeds, Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Rescission.
As well as this role, she will advise in relation to off-the-plan contracts, existing Torrens and Strata Title contracts and negotiating terms and First home buyer, non-Australian resident and Verification of Identity requirements.
Managing Director, Tim Osborn said Yvonne is a true professional, handling each transaction with a personal and friendly approach.
