Monica Clare Recruitment has welcomed recruitment specialist Ty Brennock to their team of niche senior consultants.
With more than 13 years’ experience in the recruitment game, predominantly in the accounting and finance space, Ty will work alongside Business Director, Monica Walmlsey, in focusing on the accounting, finance and legal professional fields – where the bulk of his commercial recruitment experience and network exists; however, Ty will also introduce a marketing and communications capability.
Monica Clare Recruitment is named after the founders: Monica Walmsley and Clare Ferguson; two well-known industry veterans who’ve recruited for many of Australia’s leading brands. Starting Monica Clare Recruitment in February 2016, Monica says they saw a gap in the market to design a business that truly gives customers the recruitment service they want, a service that makes recruitment easy.
“We are so excited to have Ty join the team. Ty is a well-networked and established Newcastle recruiter who has a huge level of energy and passion for delivering a valuable service to his clients. Not surprisingly Ty’s approach has resulted in a lot of great relationships across the Newcastle community,” Monica said.
Reflecting on why he is passionate about the industry, Ty found a natural alignment with Monica Clare Recruitment.
“I love being involved in people’s life decisions, and believe a healthy work life is instrumental to general well-being,” Ty said. “And that means not only matching a great candidate with a suitable role and environment where they will grow and continue their career; it’s also about finding a perfect cultural and skill match for our client, so they can continue their commercial growth and success.”
Ty also hold a committee position with the Newcastle Business Club following his role as President last year, as well as a board position with Renew Newcastle.
Monica Clare Recruitment enjoy a 95 per cent success rate with new hires and by bringing Ty on board they now have a combined industry experience exceeding 35 years.
