Principal of Belle Property Cessnock, Hunter Valley, and Lake Macquarie (formerly Belle Property Charleston), Anthony Di Nardo, has opened Belle Property Newcastle – his fourth office in just two years.
Experiencing exceptional growth in his business, Anthony said the interest in the Newcastle and broader Hunter region is booming amid the impact of COVID-19.
“With people spending more time at home, we’re seeing an influx of sea and tree changers making their way from Sydney and other metro areas for a better lifestyle in the country or the coast,” he said.
“Our existing offices have had our best three months in history and recently, we broke the record for the highest sale in Warners Bay and Speers Point.
“The current climate has proven that success is truly about mindset in business. While some of our competitors have treated this time like a holiday, we haven’t taken our foot off the pedal.”
The only brand in the region that services all four locations, Anthony said the Newcastle office completes his vision to provide a fully scalable real estate service to clients.
“I have worked in this area for twenty years and it has always been our vision to be able to help our clients achieve their property goals, no matter where they are in the region.”
“We’re eager to bring what we offer in Cessnock, the Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie to Newcastle. It’s a competitive market, but there’s lots of opportunity and we know our approach to customer service and exceptional results will stand out from the crowd.”
While the Newcastle office will have its own dedicated team of local professionals, client’s will also benefit from the opportunity for referral.
“Our offices do and will continue to work closely together, and this allows our customers to benefit from our scale and reach,” he said.
“Anyone who sells with us has access to an extensive network of buyers throughout the region and beyond. That’s a major advantage which will help us continue to drive premium results for our customers.”
Anthony opened his first Belle Property office two years ago and since then has built his business and team of expert agents to be market-leaders.
“Our team are highly specialised, and we invest heavily in their training and development. We are a local team and we’re extremely passionate about our area, so we’re thrilled to get started.”
CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, said the growth that Anthony has driven is a testament to his ambitious vision and passion for the local region.
“Anthony is a leader in our network, and we are thrilled to see his vision come to fruition, especially during a time where it is so obvious that his leadership, experience and skill has set him apart from his competitors,” Peter said.
