Lambourne Partners have announced a new partner, Paul Quealey, who brings with him sixteen years of experience in audit and assurance.
Since joining Lambourne Partners in 2017, Paul has helped to identify and expand a niche market for the firm.
“We’ve found that many small to medium sized businesses weren’t getting the quality of service from other providers when it comes to audit and assurance,” Paul said.
“At Lambourne Partners, we have the scope to put Partners and highly skilled auditors on the ground at client’s workplaces.”
“Whether its risk management, controls processes, fraud control reviews or external audits, the business landscape is rapidly changing for small to medium sized businesses.”
“Compliance, governance, technology and big data mean that there is huge opportunity to add real value to our clients in this field,” he said.
Paul graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Registered Company Auditor with ASIC and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Founding Partner, Scott Lucas describes Paul’s auditing and assurance expertise as highly valued and significant.
“Paul’s ability to delve into and understand client’s businesses and introduce systems and processes that reduce the risk of fraud and error, and increase efficiencies and outcome are second to none,” Scott said.
“His practical and insightful approach to audit ensures the client fully benefits from the experience.”
