The Principal and Real Estate Agent of First National Newcastle City, George Rafty has recently launched a new property management arm to the business.
Recognised as one of NSW’s top agents, George said his approach to property management aims to make the process of renting seamless for all involved.
“We believe there is a right way of managing people’s investment properties,” George said.
“We know that a happy tenant means owners get an effortless return on their investment. It may sound simple, but there are plenty of unhappy tenants out there. We think we have what it takes to get this right.”
George said the new property management arm to the business will be backed by his successful sales formula.
“It comes down to good old fashioned hard work and good manners. If you service both the owner and the tenant the right way, you avoid issues down the track,” George said.
“As property managers, we have the opportunity to save the owner a lot of hassle by staying on top of their property. Things such as timely rental income and managing minor works secure cash flow and loyal tenants. We know most of our clients are time poor and trust us to help take care of what is often one of their most valuable assets.”
First National Newcastle has recruited two expert Property Managers to deliver the new service; Kathryn Macansh and Cathy Simpson.
“Kathryn and Cathy are the backbone to our new property management arm,” George said.
“They have decades of experience in property management between them. Their relationships with clients is something I value greatly.”
In 2016 George was announced as the Residential Salesperson of 2016, awarded by the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW).
