The Kent Hotel, a longstanding establishment on Beaumont Street in Hamilton, commemorates its 100th anniversary this month.

The Kent Hotel is Hunt Hospitality’s flagship venue. Located on Beaumont Street in Hamilton, the pub has been a cherished part of the local community for a century. Known for its warm atmosphere, exceptional service, and memorable experiences, The Kent Hotel continues to be a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike. To celebrate, the hotel hosted a commemorative event.

“This event was a page in history,” said Managing Director of Hunt Hospitality, Stephen Hunt. “We used this as a chance to give back to the community who have supported the hotel for the past century and to reminisce about their time at The Kent Hotel.”

In addition to the live entertainment, guests enjoyed the new steakhouse-inspired food menu at The Kent’s kitchen and a new cocktail selection available at the main bar.

Chief Operations Officer at Hunt Hospitality, Ricci-lee Wheeler, concluded, “We wanted to take this opportunity to showcase how the hotel’s renovations breathe new life into all aspects of the venue. We’ve been meticulously planning every detail as we want to do the history of the venue justice.
