Local entrepreneur Ali Wanchap recently launched Jude, a knitwear label for women, children and your home.

Ali was inspired by her family’s heritage of wool production and she launched the label using only the finest merino wool to create its core range of high quality designer knitwear.

The brand is proudly made in Australia, with a devotion to natural fibres and has vowed to always use Australian wool.

Neon Zoo, a Newcastle graphic design studio, completed the design of the website as well as collaborating on several of the signature prints featured in the range.

Neon Zoo and Jude have a shared passion for fashion and homewares so were a perfect match when the collaboration was commenced.

The brief for prints was to create timeless patterns and prints and to draw from the Australian environment. The e-store was launch in May, perfectly timed to stock up on some beautiful winter woolies.

The e-store also features the designs of other Australian brands, including Newcastle based Arnley and Melbourne based Sow’n’Sow.
