Hunter Region BEC is hosting an information session, providing an overview of Fair Work obligations for employers.

In conjunction with local Fair Work staff, the presentation will cover hiring and firing, the National Employment Standards (NES), dismissing an employee on leave, what to expect if you’re called into the tribunal and how to navigate the Fair Work website and use their tools.

At the conclusion of the session attendees will also have the opportunity for a private consultation to assist in resolving any specific issues faced.
