Local Accounting and Business Advisory firm, PKF has promoted three of its rising stars to the position of Partner.
Baidy Laffan, Kym Reilly and Christina Manfre are well known within the firm and the community for their ground-breaking work and outstanding commitment to their team, making this promotion a well-deserved celebration of these efforts.
Kym has been with PKF for 11 years, and over this time has been a constant bedrock of support for her team, clients and the partners. An outstanding auditor, in 2019, Kym spoke at the Hunter Business Development Forum about women in professional services and her journey to the top.
Baidy, a local Novocastrian, has been trail blazing the franchise market with a new look at internal audit and underpaid wages.
She has an impressive list of national and international clients, testament to her unique take on how to tackle the wages issue and her creativity, commitment and hard work that ensure she sees results.
Baidy said that she feels lucky to work with the PKF team and is excited to see where the future takes her.
“I’m very lucky to work with a high performing team that thrive on creative problem solving and self-delivery, so the best thing I can do is get out of their way and give them opportunities to challenge themselves,” she said.
Baidy is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has helped create and Chair’s the PKF Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Christina has developed an excellent rapport with clients, referrers and everyone at the firm.
She is highly active within the National PKF Business Advisory Services Committee helping shape and mould the way PKF Australia delivers services to clients.

The three women commenced their role as Partner at the start of February.
