“This milestone could not be made without the residents and businesses of Beaumont Street.
“If you’ve visited the venue recently, you’ll notice we have construction going on renovations and changes.
“From expanding our stage to give local musicians plenty of space to entertain, to upgrading our Sports Bar to give wriggle room for local Knight’s fans and punters, the venue upgrades pay homage to the distinctive and classic elements of Australian pub culture.
“Accessibility has been a high priority for our team on-site upon developing plans for The Kent’s renovation and introduction of the Deco Lounge.
“The whole team is really excited about the new elevator that has been built into the venue, allowing for access to upstairs areas.”
Local musician, Sam Russell is set to provide live music from 5:00 pm, there will also be complimentary sparkling wine, free canapes, and performance artists throughout the night.
Stephen explained that the celebration is a way to express gratitude to the local patrons and celebrate years of cherished memories.
