Strike Force Services, a leading provider of facilities management services to regional communities across Australia, has recently celebrated the winners of its first-ever Employee Recognition Awards.
Held at the Mercure Hunter Valley, the event honoured the outstanding dedication, achievements, and contributions of Strike Force Services team members.
The inaugural Strike Force Services Employee Recognition Awards mark a significant milestone for the company, emphasising its commitment to recognising and celebrating the exceptional efforts of their workforce.
Business Development Manager Jenny Gitzel, expressed that the establishment of the Employee Recognition Awards aims to enhance the sense of support, value, and camaraderie among team members.
“The ceremony was an amazing opportunity to unite our work communities and celebrate each other’s successes,” Jenny said.
“The atmosphere was joyful, and we believe we are cultivating something truly special.”
Throughout the evening, various categories were celebrated, each highlighting different aspects of excellence within the organisation. From Employee of the Year to Site of the Year, the Recognition Awards recognised individuals and teams who demonstrated exemplary performance and dedication.
General Manager, Steve Edmonds said it was a great opportunity to recognise the accomplishments of their team. He emphasised that their success is a testament to the enduring, close-knit culture that has been fundamental to over two decades of business excellence.
“This event was a reflection of the hard work and dedication our team members exhibit. It was inspiring to see our employees being recognised for their outstanding contributions across various categories,” Steve said.
