Prosperity Advisers Group secures national workplace certification amid sector technology shift

Financial and corporate advisory firm Prosperity Advisers Group has been awarded the Great Place to Work certification for 2026. The national accreditation follows a comprehensive evaluation process based on confidential data and feedback collected from employees via the independent Trust Index survey framework.

The human capital benchmark arrives as professional services firms increasingly deploy artificial intelligence to automate corporate advisory workflows. While some industry models utilise automation to downscale personnel infrastructure, Prosperity’s operational strategy uses machine learning platforms to absorb administrative tasks, shifting staff allocation toward technical consulting, strategic analysis, and client relationship management.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prosperity Advisers Group, Allan McKeown said the certification validates the firm’s workforce retention and capital investment strategy.

“There’s a lot of noise right now about AI replacing people in our industry. Our view is the opposite. AI gives us an opportunity to double down on our people, not step back from them,” Allan said.

“People are at the core of everything we do. We’re using technology to free our team up to do more of the work that matters — the thinking, the advice, the relationships. That’s where the value is, and that’s where it will stay.”

Allan noted that the metric-driven workplace assessment reflects internal baseline satisfaction rather than external corporate evaluation panels.

“Our team have told us we’re building the kind of workplace they want to be part of, and that means more to me than any external recognition,” Allan said.

“They’ve built a culture where colleagues support each other, trust each other and take pride in their work.”

The internal audit data revealed strong baselines across several corporate culture performance indicators, including corporate governance ethics, onboarding structure, and workplace equality metrics:

  • 94% stated that executive management maintains honest and ethical business operations.
  • 96% reported equitable treatment across all organisational levels regardless of demographic background.
  • 95% affirmed the effectiveness of the firm’s structured corporate onboarding and induction pathways.
  • 90% expressed professional alignment and pride regarding their institutional employment.

Talent Acquisition Manager at Prosperity, Rosanna Fuller said the firm is maintaining its recruitment pipeline across its regional and metropolitan offices rather than reducing headcount.

“We’re actively recruiting across all three offices. Our people have told us they feel safe, respected and supported at work, and that’s exactly the environment we want new team members to step into,” Rosanna said.

“They take the time to share honest feedback, and we listen carefully and act on what they tell us.”

People and Culture Business Partner at Prosperity, Kim Turnbull said the workplace audit highlights the long-term commercial returns of structured professional development and inclusive corporate leadership.

“Our people shape our workplace every day. We keep improving how we support them, how we lead them, and how we create an environment where everyone feels they belong,” Kim said.

A spokesperson from Great Place to Work noted that achieving the global benchmark requires objective, data-led validation from a company’s frontline workforce, indicating sustained internal trust and operational alignment.

“Certification is a real achievement. It means a company’s employees have spoken — and what they’ve said reflects a culture of trust, pride and camaraderie. We congratulate Prosperity Advisers Group on this recognition,” the spokesperson said.
