Innovation and partnerships were the focus of Newcastle recruitment firm peoplefusion’s recent gathering for clients held at Merewether’s Beach Hotel.
Directors Ali Kimmorley and Sally Bartley unveiled peoplefusion’s brand refresh and outlined how improved website functionality and additional investment in a premium Customer Relationship Management system demonstrated their commitment to raising the bar for clients.
“We’d like to be considered innovators in our field, which is why we launched the industry first, 12-month placement guarantee in 2014. At the time it was described as a risky move but it was a direct response to feedback from clients and now many others in the industry offer something similar,” Sally said.
“Our new website has also been designed to respond to client needs. Clients can register a job with us 24/7 because we recognise that anticipating hire needs may not fall neatly into normal business hours.”
“Attracting and retaining the very best talent is also the impetus for aligning our company with leading CRM provider Bullhorn, which spends $20 million each year in R&D to ensure its clients are at the forefront of relationship management.”
In conjunction with this investment, peoplefusion has partnered with two local firms, Osborn Law and Skildare, to launch Workplace HQ.
“The aim of Workplace HQ is to enhance the service each firm independently provides by offering centralised advice and information on recruitment, human resources and law via a quarterly ebulletin,” Ali said.
“The initiative recognises that our areas of specialisation often overlap and are key to the success of SMEs. The ebulletin will provide topical, relevant and practical advice and information and we hope it will be welcomed as a worthwhile ‘value-add’ by clients.”
