Cypher IQ, an Australian workflow automation company founded and headquartered in Newcastle, has launched its new AI-powered Scan and Store Workflow Wizard. The solution marks a significant milestone for both the business and the evolving Managed Print Services sector.
The wizard transforms standard multifunction printers into intelligent productivity hubs. Through built-in automation, documents are scanned, tagged, filed and stored directly into platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint and Google Drive. This removes the need for manual data entry, improves record accuracy and helps organisations transition more easily from paper-based to digital processes.
Cypher IQ’s CEO, Cameron Lawes said the launch arrives at a time when many organisations are under pressure to modernise and streamline their information flows.
“Print is not disappearing, but it is evolving. The future of MPS is about managing both print and digital information. This wizard makes that transition easy, scalable and profitable for providers,” Cameron said.
“For years, MPS businesses have looked for a solution that moves the conversation beyond cost-per-page. Until now, options have been too complex, costly or technical. Our wizard gives providers an immediate way to deliver real business value without the need for specialist knowledge.”
The Scan and Store Workflow Wizard is designed to support organisations across healthcare, legal, finance, government, education and any sector that manages large volumes of documentation.
“As compliance standards tighten and the demand for digital transformation accelerates, the technology enables providers to reposition themselves as trusted workflow and information management partners rather than print-only vendors,” Cameron said.
The Cypher IQ AI-powered Scan and Store Workflow Wizard has been launched in both Australia as well as in international markets.
