With their expanding national client base, local HR consultancy performHR are pleased to welcome well-known businesswoman Michelle Faithfull to the team as Client Relationship Manager.
performHR CEO Lyndell Fogarty said the new role was a crucial element to ensure the ongoing high level of service that their clients had come to expect.
“Growth of a business is always good, but we’re adamant that no matter how big we get, our clients are our number one priority,” Lyndell said.
“The appointment of Michelle is a great move for us, because she fits in perfectly with the energetic and passionate culture we have fostered at performHR.”
Michelle has over 30 years experience across a broad range of fields, including administration, operations, event and project management, human resources, marketing, website administration and online/social media strategies.
“One of the standout things about Michelle is her passion for relationships and a commitment to personal pursuits, such as fundraising and volunteering.”
“Finding the right new member of the performHR team is always about a balance between skills and the right approach to life and in Michelle we’ve found both!”
In recent times, Michelle has become heavily involved in fundraising for local charities such as the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service (WRHS) and Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.
During October she will undertake the Kokoda Trail to raise money for the WRHS, after embarking on a similar trek to China in 2011, which ultimately raised $65,000 for the service.
Michelle is also a keen volunteer and has spent the past ten years in the Hunter region volunteering for organisations such as CanTeen, Camp Quality, Starlight, Soul Cafe and the Hunter Medical Research Institute.
