Experienced Workplace Relations Lawyer, Michelle Dawson has joined Moray & Agnew’s Newcastle office, bolstering the well-established practice.
A skilled practitioner with more than 20 years’ legal experience, Michelle advises and represents clients across all legal aspects of employment, industrial relations, workplace and anti-discrimination.
Moray & Agnew’s Newcastle Managing Partner, Sean O’Sullivan said that between the existing skills present in the team and the addition of Michelle’s knowledge, their team are equipped for a range of client needs.

Head of the National Workplace practice, Nick Duggal, agreed with Sean’s comments adding that the team are thrilled to welcome Michelle on board as their team continue to grow and improve their services.

An Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations, Michelle has been a finalist in the Partner of the Year category of the Lawyers Weekly Annual Women in Law Awards.
She is also active on the Law Institute of Victoria’s Accredited Specialisation Scheme’s Workplace Relations Advisory Committee.
Michelle comes to Moray & Agnew from DWF, and will be joined by Emily Dempster, Special Counsel, and Nicole Davis, Associate, both of whom were on her previous team.
Michelle said she is excited to join Moray & Agnew with some of her previous team members.
