Law firm Moray & Agnew has expanded its Newcastle office with the appointment of three senior lawyers across its insurance, dispute resolution, estate planning, and commercial litigation practice groups. The appointments include Daniel Stoddart as Partner, alongside John Deegan and Roslyn Pavey as Special Counsels.
Daniel Stoddart brings nearly 30 years of insurance litigation experience to the partnership, specialising in catastrophic injury, indemnity disputes, fraudulent claims, public liability, and CTP recoveries. John Deegan joins as Special Counsel with over a decade of litigation experience across the District, Supreme, and Federal Courts, focusing on professional indemnity, commercial disputes, and government advisory work. Roslyn Pavey joins as Special Counsel in wills and estates, advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families on succession planning, family trusts, and estate administration.
