Moray & Agnew’s Newcastle team has promoted senior lawyers at the start of the financial year: Lucy Munro is promoted to Partner, Kellie Ross and Tina Kealy are promoted to Special Counsel and Hamish Thomson is promoted to Associate.
The firm is pleased to celebrate the success of these talented lawyers from our Newcastle team. Each has consistently demonstrated their strong client-first ethos coupled with exceptional legal skills, adding to the depth of legal talent in Newcastle.
Moray & Agnew continues to grow in line with client demand, with more than 370 people in our NSW offices (120 in Newcastle and 250 in Sydney), delivering expert insurance, commercial and government legal services to private and public sector clients of all sizes. The firm is almost 800-people strong across the country.
Lucy, Kellie, Tina and Hamish’s achievements are part of 26 senior promotions announced from 1 July in Moray & Agnew’s seven offices, including five new partners.
Lucy’s expertise is in workers compensation insurance claims. She said, “Having started at Moray & Agnew as a graduate lawyer, being invited to join the partnership of the same firm is truly special to me.
I’m honoured that my colleagues have placed their trust in me to join the leadership of our workers compensation team in Newcastle and I will continue to service our clients to the best of my ability.”
Kellie specialises planning, environment, local government and property law. She said, “I’m thrilled to continue working with my wonderful clients and colleagues. We’re going from strength to strength and
I’m proud to be a part of our firm’s growth.” Tina’s expertise lies in the areas of estate planning, wills, deceased estates and property law. She said, “I’m privileged to have been part of Moray & Agnew for eight years – with amazing clients, colleagues, and a culture that genuinely supports the progression of women.”
Hamish is a talented lawyer specialising in compulsory third-party insurance claims. He is highly regarded by his clients for his commitment to best practice service delivery.
