The event, which will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Centre from 27 March to 29 March is expected to draw attendees from all over the world.

Stephen has been chosen to share his expertise on Leading Through Uncertainty, a subject on which he has built a reputation as a leading authority in the field. His speech is expected to be an opportunity to discuss the importance of finding certainty within yourself to create certainty in your team.

He has achieved significant success in the hospitality sector and has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades including NSW Business Leader of 2021 off the back of the early COVID-19 waves.

The Bar & Restaurant Expo is set to be an ideal opportunity for hospitality to be re-defined, re-shaped, and re-visited.

Stephen said he is thrilled to represent his region and showcase the unique perspectives and ideas that come from Australia’s unique hospitality community.

“To be selected as a guest speaker at the Bar and Restaurant Expo 2023 is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and I am eager to share our successes and learned lessons with a global audience,” Stephen said.

“As a business leader, I know firsthand how daunting it can be to lead through times of uncertainty.

“That’s why I am excited to share my own story with the hope of making an impact to those who have faced similar issues present.

“This expo is an opportunity for global hospitality leaders to come together and collaborate on solutions to the challenges facing our industry.”

From single venue operators to the industry’s largest international hospitality groups, more than 10,000 attendees are expected to learn how to get ahead of the curve by hearing how to troubleshoot business challenges and finding out what’s working and identify areas for improvement.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experts in their fields, network with other business leaders, and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices.

The Bar and Restaurant Expo is thrilled to have Stephen return as a guest speaker for the second year in a row, recognising that his expertise and insights will be invaluable to the Expo’s attendees.

“The Harvard Review illustrated that through conducting hindsight modelling, businesses can reduce their likelihood of failure by 30 per cent,” Stephen said.

“The goal for attendees in this session is to learn how best to make life’s uncertainties as certain as possible.”

Through drawing upon uncertainties experienced by hospitality operators during COVID-19 and the ongoing labour shortage and skill shortages and rising cost of living impact, this speech is highly topical for hospitality operators.

Stephen is excited to share his knowledge with fellow entrepreneurs and hopes that his insights will inspire others to achieve success in their ventures.
