Lyndall Robertshaw announced new CEO of Home in Place

The Board of Home in Place Limited has announced the appointment of Lyndall Robertshaw as the new Group Chief Executive Officer.

Lyndall had previously occupied the role on an interim basis following the retirement of long-serving Group Managing Director, Greg Budworth in mid-2025. Prior to this Lyndall held the role of the Australian CEO and has played a significant role in Home in Place’s growth trajectory.

Home in Place Group Chairman, Kwesi Addo said the Board unanimously appointed Lyndall with full confidence in her capability to lead the organisation into the future.

“Lyndall has been a central part of our organisation for more than 20 years. Over the past six months as Interim Group CEO, she has led with clarity, purpose and care, ensuring stability whilst positioning the organisation for its next stage of growth,” Kwesi said.

“Lyndall is the perfect choice, with her skills, commitment, deep understanding of community housing, and genuine concern for those we serve, she will continue to guide Home in Place through meaningful change.”

“She brings experience, commitment, integrity and a strong belief in the role that safe, secure housing plays in people’s lives.”

Under her leadership, Home in Place will continue to deliver new homes, provide specialist community services, strengthen partnerships and broaden its presence across Australia and New Zealand.

Lyndall said she was honoured to take on the responsibility of leading Home in Place into its next phase.

“With strong foundations and a clear vision I am excited for what lies ahead and I look forward to building on our strong legacy to deliver additional positive outcomes for our communities,” Lyndall said.

“This organisation has played a crucial role in my professional journey, and I am deeply committed to protecting its values while guiding it through its next chapter.

“I am looking forward to working closely with the Board, our amazing staff, our stakeholders and partners as we continue to grow and deliver more homes for people in need”.

Home in Place currently has more than 7,000 social, affordable, and disability housing properties under management across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and New Zealand.
