Last week, Myrtec Pty Ltd announced the relaunch of their brand after a period of demarketing to reevaluate their position in the contemporary market.
This relaunch is underscored by their new mission statement, Your IT, Your Way – a call to action to communicate to customers that Myrtec is committed to empowering Hunter businesses to take ownership and gain visibility over their IT systems.
Myrtec’s goal as an IT company is to put their customer’s best interests first by designing an experience that is both scalable and engaging.
Instead of falling in line with other Managed Service Providers, Myrtec decided to become the disruptors that the market needs.
They are redefining Managed IT delivery with their brand new Flex Agreements.
Business Development Manager, Rob Dawson said that the Myrtec team decided to relaunch because they wanted to design a new experience that their customers are proud to be a part of.
“We have taken the traditional methods of delivering Managed IT, crumpled them up and tossed them aside – and we’re only just getting started,” Rob said.
“We recognise that for most businesses, fixed fee Managed IT agreements are a complete waste of money.
“Unlike any other provider here in the Hunter, our agreements have no locks ins, fixed fees or exclusions. Just flexible, month to month support, scalable for any business of any size.”
Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Skye Harvey said that the relaunch demonstrates the evolution of the Myrtec brand and its values.
“We needed to clarify and reinforce our relevance in the contemporary market,” she said.
“We’ve moved to the next level and we’re bringing our customers on the journey,” Skye concluded.
