After their third consecutive win as Best Luxury Accommodation, Chateau Elan at The Vintage has been inducted into the NSW Tourism Hall of Fame.
Now in their 26th year, the Awards celebrate and acknowledge tourism businesses that have demonstrated outstanding achievement and success throughout the year. At the 2015 NSW Tourism Awards Chateau Elan won both the Luxury Accommodation and Best Business Events Venue titles.
Joseph Spagnolo, General Manager, said the luxury 100-room property surpassed its much bigger category competitors to take out the awards.
“To receive the Hall of Fame award for Best Luxury Hotel is a testament to the dedication we have to our guests and visitors, this is an outstanding achievement for a regional Resort,” Joseph said.
This latest achievement is another milestone in an their collection of Regional and State awards, along with industry accolades including Winner of Best Australian Golf Resort, TripAdvisor Hall of Fame for Excellence and Trivago Top Hotel Award NSW.

Purchased by Sunshine Insurance Group earlier this year, Chateau Elan has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation at the property and includes the refresh of the conference rooms, restaurant and club house, and the addition of The Salon – an on-site hair and beauty salon, and Bar 1820 – a signature Whiskey Bar designed in partnership with Johnnie Walker and exclusive to Resort guests.
Another local business, Margan Wines, took out gold in the Tourism Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries and Excellence in Food Tourism categories and was also inducted into the NSW Tourism Hall of Fame.
