Leah Jay has announced the appointment of Senior Property Manager, Michelle McLean, to oversee their Belmont and Warners Bay offices.

Michelle has worked in Property Management for 18 years, predominantly in Sydney but has lived and worked in the Newcastle area since 2012.

Michelle has managed teams across agencies and locations, and for the past 14 years she has been a committee member of the REI Property Management Chapter.

Leah Jay’s reputation and commitment to continuous improvement attracted Michelle to approach and subsequently join the Leah Jay team.

Michelle says property management is her first passion and she is thrilled to join a company purely dedicated to the needs of property owners and tenants.

“I am happy to join such a positive environment that enables you to really focus on doing a great job,” Michelle said. “I have previously worked for companies where the focus is on numbers, not the client. At Leah Jay the client comes first.”

Michelle will lead the teams at Warners Bay and Belmont. She will provide guidance and support to the property managers and work with the senior property managers in the East Maitland and Hamilton offices. Michelle’s leadership role will also involve training property managers to ensure quality of service from the Leah Jay team.
