Jenkins Legal & Advisory has announced a new addition to their esteemed team, Alira Muchiri.
Alira will be joining the team as a Property Senior Associate, using her extensive background in commercial and property law to assist small-to-medium businesses and professionals to navigate purchases and sales, residential and commercial conveyancing, strata by-laws and more.
With a team now comprised of nine lawyers, three paralegals and support staff, the firm is composed to offer comprehensive assistance to clients in all areas of commercial and property law, as well as estate planning.
Alira has represented individuals and businesses across New South Wales in a wide range of legal matters. Her expertise encompasses drafting, advising on, and negotiating diverse commercial and property cases, with a particular focus on residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, and providing guidance on property projects such as easement acquisitions.
