A Hunter real estate agency has been ranked in the top six property sales offices in Australia.
PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie has made the move from 10th in the top ranked real estate agencies across Australia last year, to sixth in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Sales Offices Benchmark Report this year.
The report ranks real estate sales offices across Australia according to a range of financial year business metrics, including sales volumes, efficiencies and conversion ratios.
This sales office award follows on from Principal of PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, Mark Kentwell, being ranked the top real estate agent in regional Australia in 2016 and Australian Regional Principal of the Year in the Australian Real Estate Awards.
Mark said for a regionally based office to be ranked so highly among 4,400 agencies nationwide is a credit to his team of expert agents and support staff. He said the REB rankings are prestigious because they are one of the most regulated, competitive rankings in Australia, based on results across all brands.
“We’re a business that has only been going for 12 years, up against agencies that have been established for decades,” Mark said.
“We continue to strive to get the best results for our clients and be the leading brand in our region. At the heart of what we do is a consumer-based approach supported by innovation, a commitment to training, proven systems and a genuine teamwork.
“I’m grateful to the clients who continue to use us and refer business to us.”
CEO for PRDnationwide, Shula Kentwell said she was delighted with the result.
“Most of all I am proud of our culture of continuous improvement. We are looking forward to doing even better in 2017,” Shula said.
Now in its sixth year, the Top 100 Agents ranking is an initiative of Real Estate Business, produced by Sterling Publishing.
