Robinson Property recently took another leap on the national stage with significant recognition from their industry peers. Director Guy Robinson took home the highest accolade – The Real Estate Business Excellence Award – in the 2015 Real Estate Business Awards held at the Star Casino Event Centre in Sydney.
This premier award recognises the real estate professional that represents best practice in the industry. The winner is selected by the judging panel based on their submission and performance across all individual categories of the Real Estate Business Awards.
Guy had already been named Regional Principal of the Year earlier in the evening before taking out the major gong.
Guy, whose Junction based family business has been owned and operated by three generations of Robinsons, was competing against 850 of the Real Estate industry’s top individuals and agencies.
Robinson Property is not a franchise, or a part of a multi-national chain, which makes their national success all the more remarkable and impressive for a Newcastle and Port Stephens based business.
“As a company we are fiercely independent and this has certainly resonated with our clients over many years,” Guy said. “We are proudly Novocastrian yet operating with a reputation that is second to none nation-wide.”
“I am honoured to have received this award, not only for myself, but as significant recognition by the industry as to the innovative work my team are doing in always putting our clients’ needs first.”
It caps off an already impressive year for Robinson Property who received praise in March by securing second in Australia and first in NSW in the 2015 Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices benchmark report, which ranks real estate sales offices across Australia according to a range of 2013/2014 financial year business metrics.
