Local design agency, Engineroom has been recognised on the national stage at the Transform Awards ANZ 2025, taking home Gold for Best Visual Identity (Property, Construction and Facilities Management) and Bronze for Best Implementation of a Brand Development Project.
Held in Sydney last week, the Transform Awards celebrate high achievements in branding and rebranding across Australia and New Zealand, honouring the strategy, creativity and craft that go into building brands with impact.
The awards recognise Engineroom’s work on Hunter Home’s brand refresh, which Founder and Creative Director, Bec Webber said began with one idea: Building Legacy.
“To have our work recognised among such exceptional companies is an incredible honour for our team and for Hunter Homes. Together, we set out to elevate a trusted, family-owned business into a confident, design-led brand ready to compete with both boutique builders and the industry’s major players,” Bec said.
One judge in the awards noted the beauty of the new brand identity is that it is both “representative of Hunter Homes’ work while also being incredibly flexible”.
“What made winning bronze for implementation special was the calibre of work we were recognised alongside. In the Best Implementation of a Brand Development Project category, we stood shoulder-to-shoulder with some major international organisations and industry heavyweights,” Bec said.
“To be acknowledged in such company, as a small, independent agency from Newcastle, was a huge honour.”
The Transform Awards ANZ are designed to help companies benchmark their work against peers and stand out amongst competitors. Categories cover audio branding, brand architecture, brand evolution, creative strategy, implementation, visual identity and wayfinding.
