Emilia Cardillo is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Cardillo Commercial Lawyers and is one of Newcastle’s first female Accredited Specialists in Business Law.

She founded the law firm to not only create flexibility while raising her two young boys but to also provide start-ups and small businesses with access to practical advice without the unnecessary legal jargon. Emilia has worked in boutique and national law firms across Australia and is able to draw on an extensive range of knowledge from these firms to use in her own business.
