Local business, Conveyancing Services, has recently been recognised as the national champion in the Conveyancing category at the 25th Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
The Australian Small Business Champion Awards aims to highlight extraordinary people and acknowledge outstanding Australian small businesses.
Conveyancing Services first opened its doors in Newcastle in 1986 and since then has worked towards their main goal, which is to provide easy-to-understand conveyancing and the best service to their clients in Newcastle, the Hunter and all of NSW.
Conveyancing Services was at the forefront of the battle in NSW Parliament to have Conveyancers licensed to provide a viable alternative to the previously solicitor-dominated monopoly. A lengthy battle finally resulted in the passing of the Conveyancers Licensing Act 1992.
As a result of the passing of this Act, Conveyancing Services became a leader in NSW with four members of the firm obtaining licenses when they were first issued.
Conveyancing Services is owned and run by Natalie Mason & Kat Bell. Natalie is a Licensed Conveyancer, Justice of the Peace, and our First Home Buyer Specialist.
Natalie and Kat’s passion for helping their clients has driven their success.
“Buying and Selling property is one of the most stressful times that people will face in their life, not to mention the most expensive and, while many of the transactions that we deal with are very similar, no two clients or transactions are ever alike,” Kat said.
“Our staff are always available to answer any questions.
“Buying and selling a property is one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes in their lifetime, and conveyancing services role is to make sure that their clients understand the terms of the Contract and that the property is right for their purposes while ensuring the process is as stress-free as possible.”
“The staff at Conveyancing Services have over 100 years of collective experience, which is why we’re proud to be recognised for this award,” Natalie said.
“Conveyancing is all we do and we’re continuously educating our selves to provide a better experience for our clients.”
Natalie and Kat are thrilled to have received the award.
“Thank you so much to all our clients who have supported our small business over the last 35 years,” Natalie said.
