Collective Financial Partners expands advice and client services team with four key appointments

Collective Financial Partners has announced the appointment of two experienced financial planners, Bree Phillips and Andrew Eastwood, alongside two client services team members, Stacey Sutcliffe and Haylie Bernard, as the Newcastle-based advice firm continues to grow its local presence.

The appointments follow a period of change across the financial advice sector and reflect growing demand for experienced, relationship-led advice delivered through independent and locally based firms. For Collective Financial Partners, the moves represent a chance to bring proven, well-regarded local talent into the fold.

Bree and Andrew join the team as Financial Planners, bringing with them established client relationships and years of experience serving the Newcastle community. Stacey Sutcliffe joins as Leader of Client Services, with Haylie Bernard joining the Client Services team, rounding out a stronger support structure for CFP’s growing client base.

“Bree and Andrew are exceptional planners with a genuine track record of putting their clients first, and we’re thrilled to have them on board,” said Daniel Irving, Director of Collective Financial Partners.

“This region has some of the best financial planning talent in the country, and when good people become available, we see it as an opportunity, not just for our business, but for the clients who deserve continuity and quality advice close to home. Bringing Stacey and Haylie into our client services team at the same time means we can support our advisers and our clients as we continue to grow.”

“I’ve built my career on getting to know my clients and their goals over the long term, so finding a home where that approach is genuinely valued was important to me,” said Bree.  “Collective Financial Partner’s focus on the client relationship, rather than just the transaction, made this an easy decision.”

“What stood out to me was the culture, it’s a team that backs its people and puts genuine advice at the centre of everything it does,” said Andrew. “I’m looking forward to continuing to support my clients here in Newcastle, with the backing of a firm that shares those values.”

Together, the appointments increase Collective Financial Partner’s capacity to support its growing client base while maintaining the personalised, relationship-led approach the firm is known for. They also reflect the commitment to investing in experienced advisers and the client service team needed to support them.
