Small business advisory service

Small business advisory service

The Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner is bringing advisors to the Hunter, by way of their Small Biz Bus.

At no cost to participants, the advisors, from the Small Biz Connect program, provide confidential and personalised guidance.

All the advisors have experience in small business and are able to talk to participants about the issues and questions that arise in small business. This can include assistance in human resources, finance, business growth, marketing, working with Government or embracing online.

The Small Biz Bus is also able to link small business owners to their local Small Biz Connect business advisory service, which provides assistance throughout the year.

Appointments can be made online.

Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner

About half of us in NSW work for one of the state's 680,000 small businesses. Small businesses make up 96 per cent of all business; they're the backbone of Australia's economy. And on top of their direct contribution, small businesses' products and services are often vital to the efficient operation of their customers in larger businesses. Recognising the vital role of small businesses, the NSW Government established the Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner in 2011.
