Accounting and advisory firm Prosperity Advisers Group has expanded its corporate services with the launch of a new division, Prosperity People Solutions. Operating across the firm’s office network in Newcastle, Sydney, and Brisbane, the unit provides specialist human resources consulting, executive recruitment, outsourced talent acquisition, workforce planning, payroll management, HR system integration, and employment compliance.

The division is led by newly appointed Director Dominic Roberts, who brings nearly 25 years of recruitment and human resources management experience working alongside business owners and corporate executives across Australia.

The integrated service model targets commercial clients across healthcare, hospitality, professional services, non-profit, and technology sectors, combining financial advisory with talent strategy under a single advisory structure.
