GWH has announced MoneyMe as the latest organisation to commit to its Newcastle CBD office development in Darby Plaza.
The ASX listed MoneyMe will double its local tech and customer service operations, following the company’s expansion into Newcastle in 2019.
MoneyMe’s commitment to 760 sqm on the top floor of the building highlights Founder and CEO, Clayton Howes belief that Newcastle holds the countries best talent, entrepreneurialism, innovation, and work ethic among its local young people.

Darby Plaza is local developer and builder GWH’s most advanced A-Grade commercial building to date.
Commercial Sales & Leasing Manager, Jared Harris believes that Darby Plaza’s focus on innovation sees it as a premium destination for new organisations to flourish.

With MoneyMe referencing Newcastle’s Smart City Strategy as a key driver for their move to the city, Jared believes their story is a great case study for Newcastle and the opportunity the area presents.
Darby Plaza, situated at 352 Hunter Street is halfway through construction and due for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
The buildings key features include smart building technology, state of the art end-of-trip facilities, large efficient floorplates, and proximity to transport.
