THE ANNUAL – we’re doing things differently for 2017

For the third year, Hunter Headline is pleased to continue to support the Hunter region business community by creating and printing a yearly magazine called THE ANNUAL.

The free publication features the most popular articles of the 2016/17 year, preserving a place for them in permanent printed history. THE ANNUAL 2017 has been designed by local design studio, Made by Ronnoco and printed by WHO Printing.

Hunter Headline General Manager, Holly Martin, said that this year would also see some changes to how THE ANNUAL is distributed.

“We wanted to ensure that the publication was in the hands of individuals and businesses who really wanted it, so this year we have partnered with CommBank to distribute the publication,” Holly said.

“THE ANNUAL will be available in Newcastle and Hunter CommBank branches from Monday, 3 July 2017.”

CommBank has long held a significant presence in the Hunter region, particularly the business banking section.

CommBank Executive Manager for Hunter and Central Coast, Colin Law said that each day they are fortunate to work with businesses that are doing fantastic things not only at a local level, but also on the national and international stage.

“We are proud to support a publication that promotes and celebrates these achievements,” Colin said.

Prior to the general availability of the publication, Hunter Headline will hold an exclusive launch event in collaboration with The Business Centre.

“We have developed a long term strategy with The Business Centre, as there are a huge number of synergies between our two organisations,” Holly continued.

“We have the same geographic spread, but more importantly, we have the same commitment to the organisations operating within the region.

The Business Centre’s Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Malou, said that as great supporters of Hunter Headline, they were excited to be hosting the official launch event for THE ANNUAL 2017.

“Our organisations are both highly dedicated to the region’s business community – making collaboration a natural fit,” Pierre said.

“The Business Centre has supported business for more than 30years, and currently offers mentoring, education and business acceleration services to small business operators and innovative entrepreneurs.”

The event will be photographed by Firebug Photography and filmed by Action Productions Australia.
