Newcastle-based Interior Designer and Entrepreneur, Wendy Green, is relocating her iconic shop front from Darby Street to Steel River, in Mayfield West, to pursue the growth of her business portfolio.
Wendy’s interior design business, Wow Factor Design, has serviced many businesses in the local area for over 11 years, specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects. Her colourful, widely varied resume includes fitting out a restaurant in a train carriage and giving colour advice to a funeral home.
In 2013 Wendy launched a unique business concept, Designer in a Box. Designer in a Box is a luxury décor and corporate gifting online store that curates boxes of beautiful and inimitable designer items for each room of the home. Elegantly packaged, the product sets eliminate the hassle of sourcing and styling individual products while making it the ideal gift for a client or loved one.
The new location will also serve as the Designer in a Box warehouse and features a freshly renovated meeting room to accommodate for upcoming projects.
