Vivacity, a Cardiff-based coaching and consulting business, are launching a national Vocational Education and Training conference in Newcastle.
The purpose of the conference is to help registered training organisations (RTO) learn how to manage the balance between compliance and business success.
Vivacity’s Managing Director, Angela Connell-Holden, said that says the training industry needs more than just help with managing their compliance.
“We have decided to do something a bit different by providing a conference with speakers who can teach the RTO industry about how to grow and be a successful business, in both compliance and business,” Angela said.
“After servicing so many clients around the country, we thought it was high time we brought them all together and also invited VET industry professionals from all of Australia’s RTOs to join us. Having our headquarters in the Hunter, it made sense to host our inaugural conference in the heart of Newcastle, at the historic City Hall.”
Vivacity specialise in setting up new RTOs and assisting existing RTOs to manage and maintain their compliance. Since its inception, Vivacity has helped over 150 RTO’s around Australia to manage their compliance and set up over 100 brand new businesses.
The conference will have speakers present sessions on two distinct themes, compliance and business, in line with the conference theme “Compliance + Business = Success”.
“The business stream will be focussed on how we can provide education on business development, with speakers from organisations who help businesses grow,” Angela continued.
