With over a decade of experience leading human resources teams, Narelle Barnes brings a proven track record of driving growth and fostering leadership and culture through developing and implementing values-driven initiatives.

Before joining Prosperity, Narelle served as Associate Director of People Engagement at the NSW Public Service Commission in Sydney, where she led initiatives that improved all People & Culture metrics.

Her expertise spans Leadership Development, Organisational Effectiveness, HR business partnering, strategic business transformation, and workforce planning. She is also highly skilled in performance management, change management, employee engagement, and executive coaching.

A member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), Narelle is known for strengthening organisational performance by focusing on people, culture, and leadership development.
