Printing made easier with new website at Lake Mac Print

Lake Mac Print customers will reap the benefits of a new website that is now making it easier to get a printing quote and complete your print order without the fuss.

The local printers, based in the Lake Macquarie City Council Administration Building, pride themselves on their promise of high-quality customer service and now their website matches that promise.

Council’s Head of Customer Experience, Jasmyne Munro, said the new website is a breath of fresh air and adds to the printer’s overall customer service offering.

“Our customers expect their online experience to be as seamless as if they were to walk in the doors and order their printing face to face. With a fantastic new online quote form and added functionality, Lake Mac Print can now say this is the case,” Jasmyne said.

“We’re very proud of the new website that will also improve our turnaround times for print jobs. The site is bursting with colour, is easy to navigate and offers a lot more information about the many products we have available.”

The Lake Mac Print team hope that the new website will provide customers a service that is efficient, reliable and meets their everyday needs.

“We hope our customers love the new functionality and I think many people will be surprised by the range of products we can produce from business cards, large scale printing and packages for weddings or events,” Jasmyne said.

“I like to think that our new website is now a true representation of our terrific team here at Lake Mac Print.”

With more than 19 years of experience in design and printing, and working with over 300 customers per year, Lake Mac Print are proud of their customer base and their established services.
