Break Thru Managing Director Ross Lewis said matching the right person to the right job and right employer was the critical part of workforce development in Newcastle and the Hunter.
“We pride ourselves on providing quality and capable workers for local businesses, not just the quick solution of a pushing a person in any vacancy” Ross said.
Break Thru has 70 offices throughout the three eastern States, with eight across the Hunter, providing services to hundreds of jobseekers.
“It’s our aim to give every person the best opportunity at a fulfilling life, and a job is a key component of that,” he continued.
“Our effectiveness in this is measured by our long-term relationship with many employers across the region and elsewhere throughout Australia.”
Director of Partnerships with JobsInTheHunter.com.au, David Smeeth, said Break Thru was a highly valued business partner because of its effort and record in business development in the Hunter and because of its broad social contribution.
