Newcastle agency, Out of the Square (OOTS), have been honoured as the only Hunter agency to be nominated as a finalist in the 2019 SEMrush Search Awards Australia.
They are being recognised for the Best Integrated Campaign Award, which they did for their client Reflections Holiday Parks.
This prestigious nomination comes off the back of their recent success where they won Digital Agency of the Year at the 2019 NEWi Awards.
Out of The Square’s Head of Digital, Jennifer Young, said this nomination wouldn’t be possible without the team at Reflections Holiday Parks.
“We want to thank Reflections Holiday Parks for being an incredible team to work with,” she said.
“These type of results were only possible due to the close relationship with Reflections and the holistic approach taken. It was not just one thing that moved the dial, but rather everything working together to create this incredible outcome!”
Reflections Holiday Parks are located on Crown Land next to some of the most iconic beaches, inland dams and landmarks across NSW.
Apart from 37 breathtaking locations, the parks offer modern amenities, free Wi-Fi, accessible facilities and pet-friendly options. Their accommodation choices range from unpowered camping sites to deluxe cabins.
Out of the Square worked closely with Reflections to conduct user research on the functionality and design. In addition to website improvements, Out of the Square worked to boost their online search rankings and managed several paid search campaigns.
As a result, their online bookings grew a whopping 55 per cent, making them 59.4 per cent of total bookings. The conversion rate saw a staggering 57 per cent growth, in turn increasing online revenue 68.1 per cent.
