Newcastle-based recruitment agency, peoplefusion, recently announced its expansion with the appointment of two recruitment professionals to their growing team, Amanda MacGregor and Krystle Parker.
Over the past 20 years, peoplefusion has forged strong partnerships with many of the region’s top employers, focusing on talent attraction to drive growth and transformation strategies. The Hunter Region’s economic outlook remains positive, and the addition of Amanda and Krystle is expected to enhance peoplefusion’s recruitment offerings and broaden their expertise.
Both Amanda and Krystle bring extensive expertise and enthusiasm to the organisation, having led numerous recruitment projects in their respective recruitment specialisations. Amanda joins peoplefusion as the Executive and Finance Principal Consultant, bringing with her an in-depth understanding of the executive and accounting space from a career spanning close to 25 years in HR, and the past 6 years in the recruitment industry. Amanda has established for herself a well-respected and highly trusted reputation in the business community.
Amanda expressed her enthusiasm about joining peoplefusion. “I’m excited to partner with new businesses, drawn by peoplefusion’s unparalleled commitment to both clients and candidates and its dynamic and supportive work environment.”
“It’s important to note company’s strong reputation for delivering tailored recruitment solutions and a focus on long-term relationships rather than short-term gains as key factors that motivated me to join the team. I viewed it as an exciting opportunity to build successful partnerships,” Amanda said.
Similarly, Krystle is appointed to the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist, leveraging her 16-years’ experience within the recruitment industry, including 11 years leading construction, property and engineering sectors. With Krystle’s appointment, peoplefusions will now expand into engineering, manufacturing and construction recruitment.
With a proven track record of successfully collaborating with diverse organisations for complex recruitment projects across a wide range of sectors and disciplines, including engineering, manufacturing, construction and supply chain, Krystle is perfectly positioned to spearhead this new direction for peoplefusion. When asked what inspired her move to peoplefusion, Krystle said, “I have always admired Ali and Sally’s reputation in the market. They have built long-term loyal client relationships through their consistent service and delivery.”
peoplefusion Director, Ali Kimmorley said, “Amanda and Krystle’s’ expertise and passion will undoubtedly enhance our capacity to deliver outstanding recruitment services throughout Newcastle and the Hunter region. We eagerly anticipate their contributions as we expand our business offering and maintain our commitment to providing exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates, in a trusted and authentic way.”
