PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie has announced the appointment of John Church to the newly created role of Head of Marketing and Business Development following rapid market growth in recent months.
John brings more than 25 years of diversified marketing experience including off-the-plan apartment developments, land subdivisions, community title estates and over 50s communities.
Prior to joining the PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie team, John owned and managed an advertising agency, public relations consultancy and two printing businesses.
In revealing the appointment, PRDnationwide’s Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Managing Director, Mark Kentwell, said the new position will add a depth of service and expertise to the dynamic team.
“We are proud of our standing as the largest and most diversified real estate companies in the region, having achieved that growth in just 10 years,” Mark said.
“John will be involved in marketing developments for our Newcastle New Projects Division where investors will be offered customised and strategic marketing plans for their properties.”
“As well as constructing marketing plans for residential properties, he will also be focusing on growing our Easy Move consultancy, which offers the complete real estate service for Over 55s looking to downsize.”
John said he was thrilled to be selected for the new position in such a reputable company.
“I was attracted to PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie by the opportunity to work with a professional team which has already achieved market leadership in so many areas,” John said. “I look forward to further building the PRD brand, the profile of the high achieving sales team and working on some special business development projects.”
“This role offers the perfect blend of my marketing, advertising and public relations skills with my long term interest in property and real estate.”
