Professor Tom Walley is a highly experienced physician, pharmacologist and administrator who was head hunted from the UK to the Hunter region in 2018 to lead the team at the Hunter Medical Research Institute.
Tom believes in a research approach that ensures patient needs are always put first, and this has been the case since he was a performing medic. His areas of research include drug therapies and how health services can manage their adverse effects.
