Local recruitment agency, GWG Partners, recently announced the appointment of experienced recruitment specialist, Charmaine Piper, to the role of senior consultant.

Charmaine specialises in the growing digital, IT and marketing sectors, bringing with her extensive industry experience having worked in marketing and communications roles prior to transitioning into recruitment.

Initially drawn to the industry to help people achieve their goals and shape their careers, Charmaine’s passion is a clear alignment with the candidate-first approach being pioneered by GWG.

“We spend so much of our time at work, which is why I believe so strongly in people finding roles which allow them to do what they love. It’s also why I’m thrilled to join GWG; they’ve built a dynamic and inspiring team dedicated to a genuine ‘people first’ approach,” Charmaine said.

The appointment is a testament to the incredible growth the locally established recruiter has seen, achieving over 50 per cent growth in the last year alone.
