Newcastle locals Amy Ziniak and Lee Perram are set to bring global fitness brand Fitstop to Darby Street, expanding the franchise’s footprint in the Hunter.
As co-owners of the new Fitstop Newcastle studio, Amy and Lee aim to build a strong fitness community that supports members at every stage of their health journey.
Fitstop, known for its performance-based group training, already has locations in Charlestown and Maitland. The Newcastle studio, set to open in early March, will offer strength, conditioning, resistance, and endurance training designed to help members push past their limits.
Amy said Fitstop’s growing popularity reflects the increasing demand for strength training and social fitness.
“People want to improve their health and fitness, and they want the right atmosphere to do it,” Amy said.
“At Fitstop, we focus on community and making sure everyone is supported no matter where they are in their fitness journey.”
Fitstop’s training programs are evidence-based and results-driven, created by industry experts to challenge members at every stage.
“Our certified trainers and coaches are there for every rep, to guide technique and help members achieve their personal goals,” Lee said.
“Our training keeps you in a progressive state, improving endurance, strength and skill in a motivating team-based environment.”
The Newcastle studio is currently under construction, transforming into a state-of-the-art fitness hub ahead of its grand opening in early March.
As part of the launch, Fitstop Newcastle has released a limited number of OG Foundation Memberships at a discounted rate.
