Butler Building won the pinnacle award at the 2025 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathrooms Awards, being named HIA Hunter Home of the Year on Friday, 18 October. The ceremony brought together industry leaders and peers from the Central Coast, Hunter and Mid Coast regions to acknowledge achievement across residential building and design.
The Awards recognised designers, builders, contractors, suppliers and manufacturers involved in new homes, townhouses, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor projects.
